"Facebook Problem" for Google

As an old post has talked about the Facebook hype and its talent war with Google in colleges, Facebook seems to start digging in to Google's talent pool even deeper.

I think while the "Google problem" for Microsoft continues, Google has already entered a stage where they have to face the "Facebook problem" to themselves.

I love both companies. Many friends work in Google. Working in Facebook right now is considered as cool and HOT. Just like what it was a few years ago at Google.

COO of Facebook has been appointed and she's from Google. Sheryl Sandberg will start her work at Facebook on March 24. What a piece of news!
