Intelligent Nation & Digital City

Have you heard of these two terms?

The first one is from Singapore where the Info-comm Development Authority, a government agency is leading the Intelligent Nation 2015 10-year master-plan.

So you can expect lots of things to happen right now and in the next few years!
It is also a great time to enter the Singaporean market as the entry to the Asian market.

The other term Digital City is for Shanghai. They have a plan to make Shanghai a digital city by 2010. There was an article about this in 2003 already but I only heard of it the week before. It seemed that I was not so much into this area yet... Yup. I just got myself settled down in Singapore back in 2003. There are some good pieces of information on it, but it is not as direct as the one above. so i need to filter it a little bit for you hope it helps.
